Processing Time

Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Our shipping department is not available on Saturday, Sunday and on US National Holidays. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed by Monday or end of Tuesday. However, it is important to know that during peak seasons and time of unusually high order volume, that time may increase a bit to as much as 5 business days.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offer is applicable to orders over $40.00 after coupons and discounts have been applied.  For order less than $40.00, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for USPS Ground.

Free shipping promotion is only for order within contiguous United States.

Free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders.

Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 business days.

Shipping rate is calculated based on weight, size of the products, type of packaging and destination country.

Unfortunately at this time shipping to Italy, Turkey and Spain is only available in track-able method (USPS Priority or Express International). This method will ensure the delivery of your parcel.

  • Free shipping offer is only for order within contiguous United States.
  • If there is an out of stock item, we will notify you via email. 
  • For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Verification and order processing normally takes one to two business days. 
  • All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address. This policy is in place to ensure correct delivery and to protect our customers from fraud.
  • There will be additional shipping fee requested if the order is over certain weight or dimension.
  • Though most of the time it takes 15 business days for international delivery; it may take as long as 2 months if the parcels get impeded by custom office.
  • Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with customs office for detail information. Please do not request to mark your parcel as GIFT.
  • Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
  • Free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders.
  • Most of the time it takes 20 business days for delivery to Brazil, however it can take up to 60 days. Please allow 40 business days for delivery to Brazil before contacting us. 

*If you have not received your order within these time frames, please check with your local customs office before contacting us. 

Many international orders are held at customs and will need to be picked up. There is no tracking number available for USPS First Class International, we can only provide custom form number for your reference.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • We are not responsible for parcel shipped to the wrong address due to customers' error
  • If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact the buyer to request the correct address and estimate of additional shipping cost to resend the parcel.
  • If the buyer refuses to have the item resent, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling plus 10% restocking fee.
