• Items received after 15 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
• We do not accept items back that have been opened or used
• Original shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
• Final sale and/ or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchange. (Generally items marked down more than 20% off their original prices)
• Exchange or re-stocking fees may apply.
• Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
• Please download the Nonpareilboutique.com return form. The form is available as PDF file.
• Exchange is only allowed for the same product/ item for different shade.

Return and Exchange Instructions

1. Repack the item in the original packing materials (including gift box if it comes with one) and send it in a protective package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging.
2. Complete the Return/Exchange form that is provided with your package. It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your request promptly.
3. Save a copy of the packing slip for your records.
4. Ship the package prepaid via U.S. Mail, FEDEX or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your store credit or replacement.
